Ability to tag Users in Ticket chat
As a user of Shake Dashboard, I want the ability to internally tag colleagues in Notes of the Ticket chat to notify them that their collaboration is needed on a specific Ticket.

Tabita Zafar: We're using Shake for a beta test and have a number of engineers and designers involved. It would be great to reference each other like we do in Slack, Jira, elsewhere.
