Allow specifying environment (public VS. private) on initialization

Instead of having to have two different app IDs, it'd be neat if we could keep environments separate (public VS. private) based on an environment variable that gets passed in at initialization of the SDK. P.S. Also, consider using project tokens to delineate, rather than an app ID. Like Mixpanel does.
