Board for users to submit/vote for feature requests

A solution for feature requests where users can +1 and submit ideas on a hosted board. Also, the board could be a public issue tracker - where users would be able to follow along with the progress of their reported issues.

I would also love this. Be great to filter between internal feature requests/feedback and from users.
