Bug report is not syncronized with GitHub if unicode characters are used
If I use 😞 symbol in description I see error trying to send bug report to GitHub.

We took the approach to remove all unicode chars from the description before forwarding it to GitHub, just in case. Now it always works! But you can't be sad any more 😉
