Chat messages: support opening external links and copying messages

As a mobile app user, I'd like to be able to open a url in a chat message sent to me, so that I can view the content that has been sent to me by a support agent. As a mobile app user, I'd like to be able to copy a chat message, so that I can paste it in my notes or web browser
