Create an app from Dashboard only; and an option to send bugs from multiple bundle IDs to only 1 app on the web Dashboard
An unwanted app creation happens to us occasionally. We want to prevent app creation from the app and only have it created in the web Dashboard.
Also, we want to send bugs from **multiple** bundle IDs to **one** app (e.g. we use a uFeatures approach where each feature gets its own "example"-app, but we want all bugs to be collected into the same app).

multiple bundle IDs to one app would be awesome! We currently have different bundle IDs for our different environments (Dev, Sandbox, Staging, Prod) and currently only have Sandbox hooked up to Shake. With this feature added, we'd use Shake at all stages of our dev/QA flow
