Really sorry guys, but I feel like the new dashboard is a huge regression. I really quite liked the old interface. Certainly lack of filters on Activity is big problem. As is proper (no hover) labels for custom metadata.

You cannot print your database and tell customer this is a new dashboard.

You don't need Search .... Just add a sort button to each column... how hard could that be?

What is the point of a new UI by simply dumping a big table instead? No filter, no search, no sorting. At least, let us hide or sort lots of old tickets…
