Disable Shake on a more granular level

Have the ability to cycle either the clientID or clientSecret for individual apps. This would make the initialisation of Shake to silently fail in the app removing the ability of users to report bugs. (eg absolutely no Shake UI would appear). Why? 1. Fixing inadvertently releasing an app build with Shake enabled erroneously. 2. Allow us to stop receiving bug reports for older app versions. (users report bugs on old versions of the app that have already been resolved - just a bit of an admin overhead tagging these as either resolved or not a bug) (Similar to this request: https://feedback.shakebugs.com/feature-requests/p/archive-ap…)
