[Flutter] Attach files on Shake invoke event instead method call

iOS and Android Flutter builds don't have the same behavior for attaching files. iOS is reading attached files on a method call and Android is reading attached files on Shake invoke. iOS behavior should match Android behavior to enable users to attach files populated during the application runtime.

Fixed! Simply update the Flutter SDK to its latest version v14.1: https://www.shakebugs.com/docs/flutter/flutter-releases#1410 📱
