Hidden "Send Ticket" Button when Keyboard is active on dashboard
If a person is writting and want to send the ticket they can't see the button because the keyboard is hidding it (overlays). A lot of people who are not techsavy think the bug reporting tool / the app itself doesnt work properly and close the app (clearing the chache, pressing the "x" etc.) and therefore no ticket is submitted. I would consider (1) placing / moving the "Send Ticket" button to a place where its always visible or (2) to enable 1-Click closure of the keyboard.
