Introduce the "Approve this app" button when a new app is detected
This is a safety mechanism so the system **can not** start charging you for a new app automatically.
Instead, you will first have to **manually** click "Approve" on the web Dashboard.

The "Approve this app" button is released. From now every new app has to be confirmed first. There will be no more automatic charges🙌🎉
