[iOS SDK] A callback function when a crash is identified
For example:
```swift
Shake.onReceiveCrashLog = { details in
// client code
}
```
The details could be the KSCrash payload or some other basic information. Even with zero parameters (just a callback called any time a crash is detected) is beneficial to start with.
