[iOS] Shake iOS SDK can't be invoked via shake gesture on simulator

This bug happens on iPad devices due to it being a custom event that is unrecognized on the simulator.

Aaaaaand it's fixed. Update Shake to the latest version 14.1.1: https://www.shakebugs.com/docs/ios/ios-releases/#1411
