Notify assignees by email when they were chosen/new user role
It would be great if I choose somebody as an Assignee for a bug, that person can set, to receive notificaton about it, with the link to the current bug via email. It would be also great if there would be an Assignee user role (or something like that), who only can read just those bugs, which they were assigned to.
