Shake functionality inside Intercom live chat ie. Shake Intercom app / plugin / integration

We already use Intercom. And we don't want to change it as our primary communication channel with users. I want an option for our support agents to pull end-user's data (network logs, metadata and all the other stuff Shake SDK provides) if needed. In other words — Shake's "magical" functionality inside the Intercom UI. Shake would add their app to the Intercom App Store (https://www.intercom.com/app-store) so our agents can install it as a chat plugin.
