As already mentioned by someone else in this closed post: https://feedback.shakebugs.com/bugs/p/android-34-video-recording-not-working, screen recording during ticket report isn't working on android 34 nor on 35.

This doesn't work for the version mentioned in the above post (16.2.3) nor for any of the later versions up until the latest 17.0.2 release.

Permission has been added to the app manifest, but the end results are the same as the ones we see on the mentioned post (I still added 2 screenshots here just in case).

By the way, the documentation doesn't mention anything around configuration for recording except for automatic video recording feature (https://docs.shakebugs.com/docs/android/configuration-and-data/auto-screen-recording/).

Is there any specific other actions that needs to be done for recording to work as expected?
