Notifications for new messages not arriving

I have the highlighted Notification checkbox turned ON.
Bug: End user replies to a ticket → but I'm NOT notified about it (green dot) on the Dashboard
(Consequently/optionally I also don't get the appropriate desktop notification and email even though they're turned on too.)
