Would be nice to have the possibility to set custom component, issue type etc for issues that gets forwarded to Jira.
Also, it would be great if we could further customize the JIRA reports. And when closing the JIRA ticket, it would close the Shake ticket as well, to prevent duplicated manual work.

We’ve just released the ability to customize your Jira integration. You can now choose exactly which Task Details are sent to Jira and, as many of you requested, you can reorder them however you like to fit your workflow.
While we haven't added custom field mapping yet, this update gives you total control over the structure and order of the data that appears in your Jira issues.
Note: These advanced customization options are available exclusively on the Organization plan.

The best experience with the JIRA integration would be if the JIRA ticket reporter were automatically set based on the email of the person who reported the bug. If that email address doesn't match a user, it could keep the default reporter.

Currently, the labels in JIRA are all "Shake", but we would like to know where it's coming from and we would like to differentiate between our Dev, UAT, and Prod environments.
