Webhook integration is live. Visit https://app.shakebugs.com/administration/apps → choose a desired app from the dropdown → under "User feedback integrations" click "Add new" → voila! Please take it for a test ride and let us know if you need us to do any tweaks to it.

We need a Webhook integration for customization such as send email, add some business logic and send it to Zendesk.
I know that Zapier can do it, but it is costly for high volume.
