App Users Module for Web SDK is Out!

We’re thrilled to introduce the App Users Module for the web SDK! Now, you can:

• View a list of your app users,

• Check their attributes,

• Access their tickets - all from your Shake dashboard.

Best of all, you can chat directly with users to get more details about reported tickets. Dive in and make troubleshooting even easier!
