Great news! If your team uses FullStory, every Shake web SDK ticket you receive will now automatically display a link to its related FullStory session.

It’s now seamlessly included in every ticket you receive. You can find the link on the right-hand side of each web ticket, under Session links. No updates are needed - it's ready to go!
