Thanks for the feedback! We definitely see how adding attachments would help provide better context for issues.
We’ve moved this back to Open for now. While we aren't starting work on this immediately, we are keeping it on our radar as we evaluate our next set of features. We’ll update the status here as soon as that changes.

Not only for the app users, but also for the customer success team it would be good to be able to send attachments. Mainly for quick help with screenshots on how to do things that for example are not (yet) explained in user documentation.
