It'd be great to have a button that would download all our feedbacks in a ZIP or CSV file. My team wants to be sure never to get "locked out" of our data or lose access to it.

This is also really useful for analytics (i.e. grepping for something in the logs). Instabug offers this, so would be lovely if Shake did too.
