MCP integration can't obtain logs

We currently have our shakebugs setup to upload our logs in a zip file to the ticket, but the MCP server has no way to obtain them. This is the response from claude when I told him there are log files attached: ● You're right - the Shake MCP tools I'm using don't appear to be retrieving the attached log files. Could you either:
1. Download the shake_logs.zip files from both tickets and share them with me, or
2. Let me know if there's a way to access the attachments through the Shake API

Hm I came across these release notes: https://docs.shakebugs.com/docs/mcp/releases/ and had it explicitly use analyze_user_feedback_ticket - and it seems to have done the job, so perhaps there's a way to make this more automatic if possible?

ah, this still doesn't let us retrieve the additional logs we've attached - it would be nice if the api let us obtain attachments
