Public API

As someone taking on ownership of implementing Shake, I want to be able to use the data that comes out of it to help inform answers to various questions that we have as a team. We then use a data ingest pipeline for the various tools we have and pipe this data to a data warehouse like Google BigQuery.
Bi-directional would be nice as well — so we could change the status, assignee, etc of a report.
Add-on comment:
Maybe a Google Data Studio integration / connector (like Ahrefs has).

In about 6–7 weeks, we’ll be exposing our internal API to all teams on Shake’s Organization plan. This will allow you to integrate Shake more deeply into your workflows, automate actions, and access your data programmatically.
Stay tuned, full documentation and use cases are on the way!

Platform API

I would like an API to work with the shake platform itself.
My specific use case is I want to be able to setup a webhook listener that takes action when I close tickets in GitHub that were shake tickets, then using this proposed API, I could delete that ticket inside shake as well.

From the other perspective as well, I'd like to be able to forward tickets to GitHub myself using a webbook provided by the shake platform instead of an integration.
